Online Custom Flower Crown Orders

Flower crowns are very popular for weddings, engagement shoots, styled shoots, to wear to special occasions such as matric dances, batchelorettes or a special birthday party etc. But they are really not a new idea. The fresh flower halo has been a popular accessory all over the world for centuries and has been worn as a symbol of love, fertility and celebration.

Flower crowns are so easy to personalize and you can go as big and detailed as you wish or as simple as you want – from oversize flowers to a few simple green sprigs and mini spray roses. Have your flower girls wear mini-crowns, create unique ones for each bridesmaid, or ask your hairstylist about incorporating one into your own hairstyle. They are also great for photo shoots (engagement, maternity, styled shoots, etc).

Although our main service is full wedding flowers & decor, you are very welcome to place a custom order for flower crowns, bridal bouquets, wrist corsages, buttonholes, etc with us via the enquiry form below.

Fresh flower crowns pricing starts from:
• Quarter or Half Crown R 270
• Full Crown R 370
• Flowers are treated to last the day – NOTE: your order should be collected on the morning of the event – all fresh flower crowns are made fresh on the day of your event.

  • NB NOTE: MINIMUM of 3 x flower crowns per order applies.

Silk/faux flower flower crowns pricing starts from:
• Quarter crown R 300
• Half crown R 350
• Full Crown R 380

• Silk flower crowns can be collected or sent via Postnet Service. No minimum order.

HOW TO ORDER: 

We only accept orders via this online form and communications for this service is via e-mail.
Step 1: Contact us via our online flower crown enquiry form further down on this webpage. In this form we will ask you for some specific detail, so make sure you have looked at some ideas, know your colour scheme and if you have a picture of your outfit that will help us a lot. It is important for us to understand exactly what you would like us to create for you.
Step 2: If you have googled and have pictures of ideas, please attach these so that we can have an idea of what you are looking for.
Step 3: We will contact you back via e-mail and confirm our availability, and provide you with a obligation free quotation, etc.
Step 4: To go ahead with the order, please make payment as per the invoice/quote. Service and creating of your order can only commence on receipt of full payment, please allow at least 10 to 30 working days for us to make your order (10 for flower crowns for collection and more for silk flower crowns that will be shipped).
Step 5: Make an appointment to collect your order (Sandton) / shipping of your order if silk/faux flower crown.

 

ORDER REQUEST TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. All orders are subject to our confirmation and our availability.
  2. Please note estimate pricing guide above, prices are starting from…
  3. Our custom orders for flower crowns charges is an online service and does not include consultations, measurements, mock-up, samples, phone calls or any other additional services. Should you wish to add any of these services, please advise and we will quote accordingly.
  4. Fresh flower crowns can be collected from our studio in Sandton (close to Melrose Arch), BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. For fresh flower crowns collection on the day of your event. It will be treated to last for the day. Silk flower crowns can be collected prior.
  5. Collection by appointment means that you need to give us a specific time that you would like to collect (a time between 07:00 and 18:00is acceptable). This time will go into our schedule to ensure someone is at the studio for your collection. We allow for a traffic variance of 15 minutes. Where you have not collected your item in a reasonable time frame and have not contacted us to make alternative arrangements, we can not guarantee access to our studio as we may be travelling to a wedding with all our staff, which means no one will be available to assist you and the studio will be closed.
  6. Faux/silk flower crowns can be posted via Postnet or may be collected from our studio in Sandton (close to Melrose Arch), BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Note: Postnet services (Postnet to Postnet), packaging and shipment charges through Postnet will be quoted for and will vary depending on order size, etc.
  7. Orders must be placed at least 15 working days in advance.
  8. Your order must be paid in full upfront when you place your order. Without payment we can not secure our availability for your order.
  9. Service will only commence once full payment has been received. Failure to make full payment before quote expiry date will result in no service.
  10. We accept EFT and Credit Card payments via payfast. No other payment methods are accepted.
  11. We reserve the right to not take on your order if we are already booked at full capacity on the date of your event, or not available due to other commitments, or if your order is placed to close to the event date and we can not fit your procurement into our schedule. We will advise accordingly via e-mail.
  12. Fresh flower crowns can only be collected on the day of your event as they are made fresh on the day.
  13. Where we do not have a confirmed order before the date your quote expires, we will assume that you will not be placing an order.
